Automatic L-sealer machine of model SPLS-5045A is completely programmed unmanned L fixing cutter, generally utilized for part manufacturing pipe lining with great productivity. Automatic L Sealer Features:
- Adopt aluminum alloy trimmer with DUPONT Teflon coating that is anti sticking and thermo stable to ensure effective sealing without coking, smoke pollution or cracking.
- The sheet feeding height is regulated and controlled by counter and magic eye. Further, there is an inductive motor for aauto collection of film sheet waste.
- Outfitted with double sets of foreign photocells, one is utilized for horizontal spotting, another is used for upright spotting which are simple to switch. This machine can attain packaging operation in a simple manner even for small and thin package.
- Embrace automation temperature regulator with PID work. Sealing temperature is very precise and sensitive that can be controlled at will. The trimmer itself has function of auto protection for avoiding wrong cut.
